About the position

We are growing in the western region and are now looking for a proactive colleague who, together with a close-knit and dynamic team, will work for a new customer starting in early April. The role of Facility Technician primarily includes reporting faults, planned maintenance, and management of properties. We offer a very varied job with the opportunity to work with many different types of facilities, e.g., in logistics, commercial, and rental properties. The work includes planning maintenance measures as well as handling emergencies. We constantly strive for reduced environmental impact and resource efficiency for our customers. Therefore, operation and energy optimization are something we believe you are also highly engaged in. With us, you will be part of our dedicated team that supports each other to achieve our goals.

On-call duty may be included in the position.

About you

As a person, you are also communicative and trustworthy with a strong customer focus. In your contact with customers and colleagues, you represent Luotea with your high service sense.

To succeed in the role, you need

• Relevant technical education and previous work experience in the field
• Experience in operation and service work within properties
• Good technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience in operational optimization
• Control and regulation technology education
• Experience in electrical, ventilation, HVAC, cooling, or similar.
• Experience in systematic fire protection work and sprinkler systems
